Rafale Deal has created a huge controversy in the country. The opposition is seen targeting the Modi government over the deal calling it ‘The Biggest Scam In The Country’, even BJP’s former Union ministers Arun Shourie, Yashwant Sinha said that the Rafale fighter jet deal was a “scam of Rs 35,000 crore, much bigger than the Rs 64 crore Bofors scam.
Today, BJP has released a video featuring Marathi actress Pallavi Joshi. The video is said to be a simplified explaination of the Rafale deal. Joshi, in the video gives a monologue. She explains the Rafale deal with the example of a housing society secretary looking to sign with a French company in order to upgrade the society building’s security lock system.
Joshi adds that India saved Rs 12.5 thousand crore under the Rafale deal signed by the Narendra Modi government
