Karwaan Trailer : Irrfan Khan’s humour is the soul of this slice of life drama

The trailer of ‘Karwaan’ has just dropped. This slice of life comedy-drama stars Irrfan Khan who is currently undergoing treatment for Neuroendocrine tumour in London, Internet sensation and ‘Little Things’ & ‘Girl in the city’ fame – Mithila Palkar and Malayalam star and son of Mammootty – Dulquer Salmaan who is making his Hindi film debut.

Trailer Synopsis: 

The tag-line of the film reads – 3 lost souls, 2 dead bodies and a journey of a lifetime. The characters Avinash played by Dulquer, Shaukat played by Irrfan and Tanaya played by Milthia go on a journey filled with humour, mishaps, adventure, emotions, chaos and two dead bodies to finally seek redemption, hope, love and eventually themselves.

Irrfan steals the show in the trailer with his humour while Dulquer has looked sincere and we know how good a performer Mithila is. Lots of expectations from this feel good film.

The film is directed by Akarsh Khurana and produced by Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP films and Ishka films. Bejoy Nambiar has written the story. Prateek Kuhad, Anurag Saikia, SlowCheetah, Shwetang Shankar and Imaad Shah have scored the music and Avinash Arun is the cinematographer.

The film is slated for a 3 August 2018 release which means a clash with ‘Fanney Khan’ is unavoidable which stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao.
