Former MLA Jayanti Bhanushali has resigned as the vice president of Gujarat BJP following an accusation of rape against him.
Gujarat BJP Vice President Jayanti Bhanushali has resigned from his post after a 21-year-old woman accused him of rape. In his resignation letter, Bhanushali denied the allegations, calling it a conspiracy to malign his image. The woman had written to the police alleging Bhanushali raped her several times on the pretext of securing her admission into a fashion designing college.
